I follow Plain Chicken's blog too. I don't know how she eats that much cheese
but I like the simplicity of her meals.
Sunday: Pulled Pork in the slow cooker
Monday: Brown Sugar Salmon
Tuesday: Tacos
Wednesday: Chicken Casserole Lightened up http://eatathomecooks.com/2012/08/chicken-casserole-lightened-up.html
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Chicken Taco Stacks (I'll edit this recipe because I don't like all the ingredients)

Saturday: Take Out because it will be two weeks since we ate out

His calzone is still in the fridge.
. I am excited and terrified at the same time. Due to mom's illness I have not been able to really apply for many jobs since I don't know when I will be able to move (I want to move to be closer to family).
I am making DH grill the smoked sausage and I will do something different with the potatoes. I would bake, but last night's dinner was stuffed baked potatoes. Anywho...I also have garden peas in the crock pot good to go already. Now to think of another easy method of cooking the potatoes...
