Just wondering about a closing time for late April, specifically, April 27th, for Blizzard Beach. I can't seem to find it anywhere, hoping it is 7pm... can anyone confirm?

Disney website has hours from 10A to 5P for Blizzard Beach on April 27.

If you go to the website, look at the bottom of the page in the small print for Park Hours. Click on that. You'll get today's hours. Wait a moment and a tiny calendar will appear at the end of today's date. Click your date, wait a moment and it will change to that day's park hours - including EMH.
