Eastern or western?

I planed on taking the western 7 days cruise but now after reading many great things about the eastern one....I don't know!!!!

Wich did the people who did both enjoyed most?

And is the weather in the caribean really hot in february?

We went on our first DCL in Feb 2003 on the Eastern. It was absolutely wonderful! The Eastern stops at only 3 ports vs. the Western stopping at 4 ports. We actually enjoyed the time on the boat better than the stops so we have booked an Eastern 7 day cruise for Feb 2006! You are sure to enjoy either one!

I have pictures and memories from us getting ready for our dinner at Palo. We both took showers and dressed. I brought a dress and stockings - couldn't even get the stockings on - I was sweating so much! The dress was short sleeve and knee length and I was still hot! Also, our time at Castaway Cay was wonderful - be careful of the sun - it's very strong. The water was a little cooler but still very many people were in it. I definitely think it's warm enough in Feb. Hope you enjoy your cruise!

We did the Eastern itinerary Sept 2003 and really enjoyed it. If you like snorkeling, I would definitely recommend snorkeling at St. Thomas instead of St. Martin. There were no reefs in St. Martin, just deepish water.

This year we're going to try the Western - I figure that if we want an extra "at sea" day, we'll simply stay on the ship during one of the ports of call.
