Eastern Excursions

Has anyone gone on any of the following excursions? If so what is your take on them?

Castaway Cay - Parasailing (DH is afraid of Heights and is thinking of trying this)

St. John - St John Island Tour (5 Hours)

St. Maarten - Anguilla Dolphin & Stingray Encounter

St. John - Kayak Marine Sanctuary Tour

Have 11yo traveling with us.

Also, has anyone ever ordered gifts from Disney for family or friends for their state rooms. Thinking of sending family the Champagne with petit four tray and or Bon Voyage Banner.

My DD and I did the parasailing excursion on CC. I had a great time, and I too was afraid of heights before going parasailing, I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was so quiet and peaceful floating above the water. The view was amazing, take a waterproof camera up with you and get some photos.

I've ordered gift baskets from Shirley at The Perfect Gift I highly recommend using Shirley, she is the greatest, and a member of the DISboards!!!

We did the St John Disney excursion on our April 2002 cruise. St John was beautiful. We loved every minute of it. Some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. We rode in open air tram/bus (not sure what to call them). We also saw wild pigs and donkeys. Some very twisty roads were a little thrilling, I guess the driver who blows the horn first gets to go first.

We did the Dolphin Swim in Anguilla with DW, and 2 DDs (6&10). We LOVED it. It was awesome and the girls had a great time. The beach was beautiful.

My DD(10) and I also did the parasailing on CC. She is afraid of heights but loved it anyways. You don't even feel like your in the air. It's so peaceful and calm. It was beauiful.
