We sailed this cruise in 2014 and I seem to remember there being a couple of time changes but can't remember which days.

Can anyone help me out? I've looked at some recent Personal Navigators but couldn't find what I'm looking for. I'm trying to decide what times to book things like the character breakfast (if there even is an option for time) and also our Port Adventures as my booking window opens this Saturday night at midnight.

Thanks so much!

There was no time change in for the Eastern cruise that I recall. But there was for the Western, I think it happened around the time we got near Mexico or perhaps the Caymans. :)

ETA: Mexico in the Yucatan area is 1 hour ahead of Florida eastern time
St, Thomas is One hour behind Florida.
Perhaps, I didn't notice because we never stopped in St. Thomas on our last trip. Matthew was forming around the area there.
I checked on this site below.

Just as a side note, they will remind you of the time adjustments the night that they happen. And all times for events and excursions are based on ship time. You should have no problem scheduling a character breakfast.

The Eastern does feature a time change, fyi. Check a Personal Navigator (Disney Cruise Line Blog) for the cruise itinerary you're planning, to find which day the change occurs.

I finally found an old Eastern itinerary with the info--clocks forward 1 hr at bedtime of day 2, clocks back 1 hr at bedtime of day 6. As day 2 is a sea day before you have a time change, I'd look at that for a character breakfast.

I completely understand about being concerned with the time changes after our Alaskan cruise. There was no issue putting the clocks back (as you get an extra hour)...but putting them forward an hour (after 3 busy port days), the kids slept through our 9AM Princess Gathering...even DH and I woke up about 8:50AM that day, which was a shock.

Thank you so much @Geomom! You understand my question perfectly!!

We'll be on vacation which often means later nights so given the option for a later breakfast (if that's even possible) will help me decide what time to book our breakfast, character meet ' n greets, etc.

Thank you so much for finding that information!! I jphad looked and just couldn't find it. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Our booking window for Fantasy eastern opened today, so I checked character breakfast times. It is on day 2 and day 3 and bookable times are every 15 minutes from 8:15am - 10am. Have a great cruise!
