Can MDE be right? One of the busiest days of the year and there's only a 5 minute wait on Splash? and only 45 at Peter Pan? Is the system crashing or is this for real? Or is everyone in line for Anna and EDlse or staking out the mine train for a soft open? LOL.

We were at AK yesterday - Easter Eve - and it definitely wasn't very busy.

At 4:00 o'clock Safari was literally a walkon. And by walkon, I mean from entering the SB queue to boarding the truck, we never broke stride.

Some of that can be attributed to the parade going on, but even so, it was amazingly empty.

We were there for the last week (got home late last night) and it was not busy at all. MK got busy during mid afternoon, like it always does, but otherwise crowds were minimal. Not like normal Easter crowds at all. Some people will say it's because Easter is late this year, and while I do agree that it's more crowded when Easter falls at the end of March, I also think a large part of lower crowds is because Disney blacked out discounts at least for this last week. We all commented we've never been to Disney when it has been this slow, even during "slow" season.....

We had walk-ons like that at MK all 3 days that we went last week. FP+ rides were all walk-ons for us, but then we also walked on standby for Pirates, Small World, Pooh (and this never happens), and Haunted Mansion. Loved the weather and low crowds!

I've been checking wait times lately to gauge how our June trip may/may not be in terms of waits and I noticed this too! Doesn't seem bad at all. Maybe it's a case of running the attractions at full capacity? Whatever the reason, if the longest wait is like 80 minutes (besides A&E of course), I'll take it! :cool1:

It was a lot worse in March. I've been watching crowd reports because I was suppose go tHis week but plans fell through. Right now at EP all waits are 10-15 min except TT & soarin (60min). Not so bad. I wish I could have made my trip happen.

Because Easter was so late this year and didn't coincide with local Spring Break, I think the crowds were a lot less than in some previous years. We were there yesterday and it was rather pleasant. I saw Peter Pan with only a 35 minute wait (but I think that was because Anna and Elsa were driving a lot of the Fantasyland crowd over to them.) We saw Tiana and had absolutely no wait at all. It was a very nice day for us (but it was a bit drissly and chilly for April.)

Everyone in the park was busy standing in the 7 hour line for Anna and Elsa! ;)
