Easter Menus??

First time going during the crazy Easter Week. Just wondering if most restaurants have special menus or just the regular one. We're having dinner at Le Cellier on Easter Sunday and I was just wondering. Also, just how CROWDED is Epcot on Easter Sunday? Thanks!!
