We are looking at travelling Easter 2016. We know its going to busy. But I'm wondering if the parks close due to capacity at this time of the year. We are looking at the day before Good Friday for 9 nights. Good Friday next year is 25 March.

What about comparing it to the 9 days leading up to July 2nd? Do 4th July crowds impact this? July 4th would be the Monday.

These are our only two options so I'm trying to work out what is best for us. We have travelled in August, September and December in the past. Whilst August and September were hot, we coped ok. The thought of escaping our winter is a nice thought too.

I have only read of closures when Easter intersected spring break. The issue is that march 25 is mostly still spring break season .

Thanks. I'm leaning towards the late June/Early July now I think. A bit more research to do first though.

I was in the parks two years ago at Easter and it was insane crowded, MK closed for capacity the day we were there and we could barely walk through Fantasyland. (it was also FREEZING). The parks were crowded our entire visit. Our spring break week coincided with Easter.
