Easter dinner menus

I will be eating at the Brown Berby for dinner on Easter and I was wondering if they add any menu items to celebrate holidays? Also My DD 12 is not a "picky eater" but a "plain eater" (doesn't like sauces, gravies,mash potatoes, etc) does anyone have suggestions for apps. and main dish. Thanks

So far it doesn't look like Brown Derby has anything special in the works.

My family will be there that evening with a Fantasmic dinner package. I called WDW Dining and they said (about a month ago) that the menu at the Brown Derby will not change at all for Easter. Hope this helps!
