Easter Basket Exchange Sent/Recieved-COMPLETED

I received my basket today from Dianna (Ursula's My Hero) and what a great basket it is :cheer2:

First I want to say everything arrived safe and sound. Thank you very, very much for everything. :woohoo:

Easter Bunny hanging decoration
purple furry headband with rabbit ears
Easter egg playing cards
bunny post-its
Swirl an Egg dye kit
The cutest little pail wrapped in purple fabric with silver butterflies on it
Easter magic towel
very nice kitchen towel and potholder in shades of blue and green
purple peeps bunnies, which I will eat as soon as I open them and let them sit for about a day.
large egg shaped lemon sugar cookie, purple with green and yellow stripes
speckled malted milk eggs (which is Stacey's favorite and she was eyeing them)
the cutest sucker which I don't know if I can bring myself to eat it.
very lovely light green porcelain egg that opens and had a surprise inside ;)

which was a glass beaded bracelet in different shades of blue. I am wearing it and it fits perfect. Did you make this Dianna? Stacey wanted this also but I just looked at her

Thank you Thank you Thank you--it was a great Easter basket :worship:

I would have posted sooner but I have had my DGD Katelyn since about 3 pm and she just went to sleep. It is hard keeping up with a 2 year old :faint:

I wish I could claim that I made that bracelet hon, but no I found it. I truly thought it was a beauty, and nearly kept it myself. If I told you where I found it, you'd be amazed.

I'm glad everything got there on time and in good shape. Originally there was another Easter bucket that this was supposed to go in, but it didn't fit in the box!! So I went with my 2nd choice and fit everything else into the box. :rolleyes1

I'll see if I can find another bracelet, if I can, i'll send it along. :)

Glad to hear of some arrivals.
Just remember that all exchanges are to be sent out by the ending of the month.

Wow, this page has dropped way far down the list- had to hunt it down!:teeth:

My package was delivered yesterday, Friday March 10th at 12:24 pm... I hope my person is just having a busy weekend and has not had the chance to post yet, otherwise- check your porch if you live on the left coast! ;)

I just came home from work and logged in to see if our two baskets were received and saw this and the PM. Sorry -- I didn't mean to cause a problem. The only name that I had to thank was the name that appeared as the return address on the box itself. Since the name and the address appeared on the outside of the box (and were visible to anyone handling the box or who happened to walk up to my front porch), I didn't think it was a big issue.....my fault  ....sorry again. ann
I just found this post now. I have already emailed you and believe we have this straightened out.
Having my name on a package or letter addressed to an individual is certainly not the same as having it posted on a message board. It is a safety issue. I am very cautious on the net. If it was safe for everyone to broadcast thier real information there would be no need to use screen names. There are bad people out there who do use peoples personal information.I dont think you were intentionally trying to do anything wrong but I do think that it was wrong to post my last name for all to see. You could have emailed or PM'd The person who had the list. I cant belive you think sending mail and posting personal information on the web is the same.It is absolutely different. It bothers me that my choice about keeping my name private on the internet was taken from me and I have no idea if there will be problems from your decision to post my full name. If you just said sorry I would not be upset. It is your reasoning that has me upset. I feel it is common sense to not use real full names with strangers. I am relatively new to this whole thing and this was our first exchange. It has made me very leery to try again.

I am sorry to hear of how this situation has turned out. I'm sure that it was a mistake and one that was not meant to hurt anyone or make anyone feel unsafe. I do understand not wanting your name posted on the internet for various reasons.
Hopefully we have all learned something from this that we will be aware of in the future.
And hope everyone continues to have fun with this exchange.

I had so much fun putting mine together and I am looking forward to receiving one, too! Thanks Patsy, for hosting!

::yes::

Thanks, Patsy.
I think the situation has been resolved.
That does happen sometimes in the exchanges when a thank you is going out and no user name is included.
If that happens, we usually do a first name and a state. (info for future ;) ).

Now on with the fun!! :tigger:
