I refuse to loose my house to something named Bertha!

I am. So far it's tracking toward Bermuda (which sucks for a co-worker of mine, since her whole family lives there).

Oh yes some of us know all too well what happened with Charlie.... he totally flattened my grandparents condo in Ft Myers 1 week after I had been there and spent most of my freakin vacation SCRUBBING the place ceiling to floor to "help them out". They never saw my efforts thanks to Charlie..... :-/

The national weather service has a list of names. It used to alternate female male by year - they ran out of names a long time ago...now are reaching for the more esoteric names. And they alternate gender within a year. Here is a list of all the names for storms until 2013
