To Calif. Grill...bus to MK, walk (or monorail) to CR. The walk takes about 8 mins.

1900 Park Fare...same thing...bus to MK, then boat, or monorail, to GF. Boat is faster if you catch it as it is pulling up to the dock. The monorail takes about 20 mins from MK.

Jiko...bus to AK, the bus to AKL (or a bus to whatever park is still open and then a bus to AK)

Flying Fish...yep, bus to MGM then either walk or boat to BW. If the boat is pulling away, then walk. If the boat is just coming in or just loading, take the boat. The walk is about 15 mins...take a right at Luna Park Pool area, head to the resort, go underneath the tunnel area by the health club and head left to the boardwalk....FF will be right there, on the right!

As for 'how long will it take'...I usually leave an hour to get from a resort to another resort. Yes, I'm usually early but I hate having to worry about having just missed the bus to whatever park I need to be at to transfer, and then having to wait 20 mins for the next one. Better early than worry about being late.

To get to any Magic Kingdom resort, it's always better to take the bus to MK and then transfer to a boat or monorail. Walking to the Contemporary from the MK is very easy and quick.

To do as you suggested (not that it's wrong) is much more time consuming as you would need to transfer between monorails at the TTC. The GF is the 2nd stop from the TTC on the resort loop, the Contemporary is the last stop which means it's about a 25 minute trip.
