Easiest way to make FP+ res?

The date for me to make FP+ res is coming up and I plan on making them through my iPad. My question is, Is it easier to make the reservations through the My Disney Experience app or through the actual disney website?

I was told it was easier to get A&E with the website. I personally liked making my selections on the computer with the website but found it was easier making changes using the app on my ipad.

I didn't use an IPad but when I tried to use my android phone I often had fewer choices than if I used my laptop. A couple of times I tried to get fastpasses on my phone and found rides or times to be unavailable but when I used my laptop those same rides and times were now there.

My preference is through the website on a PC. Second options would be through the web site via aTablet. The APP would be my last choice.

Same advice for making changes. I find the web site provides more options.

I have never been able to grab a later issued (after the 60 day mark) FP (Wishes or Fireworks) through the APP if I had 3 pciked already. This is real easy on the website, but I find it impossible on the APP. I think the bug lies in the fact that typical rerturn times are 60 minutes, but these other events are around 20 minutes. So I think the APP is not able to identify them as a replacement.

Definitely site over app. Certain attractions, such as A&E and 7DMT, have been known to not appear as an option on the app when they do appear on the site.
