Easiest way to get to.....

Grand Floridian from POR without going through a Park.... I assume it is to go to MK and hop on the monorail?

We took the bus to MK and hopped on the monorail. The bus stops just outside the gates but you know that since you have been there! . You could cab it. Maybe the experts can help?

Yeah, we arrive that day and aren't using a park pass so we figured a bit of time in DD then off to supper!

How hard is it to get from DD to GF? You could take the boat to DD and then cab it to GF. There is always cabs waiting in line at DD. You could shop as long as you want and book it over to GF to dinner?

I'm thinking the best bet is a bus to DW then take the monorail from there. If I go to epcot which is closer, I still have to take the monorail I believe to DW then switch to the monorail to GF so the shortest I think is the bus to DW then monorail. Thanks alot tho!

I am not sure I understand your short hand. DW is what?

My advice, bus to Magic Kingdom, Monorail to Grand Floridian or Ferry. You will not use your tickets because you will not be entering the Magic Kingdom park.

If you are going to be at DTD (Down Town Disney) just pick up the bus to Grand Floridian.

Sorry Nik.... I'm "old school" ... my first visit to WDW was in 1983..... It was at that time Disney world DW and Epcot.. that was it... I catch myself most times.... Thanks for the confirmation... bus to MK the monorail or ferry thx
