In Dec we are taking my little sister (17). We are paying for everything EXCEPT goodies. How much are the ears that you get your name on?

the regular black (or pink if you are into that minnie thing) are only about $7. your name on the back is free.

I think they just started charging $2 for your name on it... new since last year, but I think I read that somewhere.

Does anyone know if ears can be purchased ahead of time, embroidered and in room upon arrival?

Thanks,
Missy

I bought ears last week as a gift. The adult black ears were $7 and the embroidery was $2 each.

The black ears are $7. The gold ears are $11.50. Embroidery charges are $2 at the Chapeau in MK, or the Celebrity 5&10 at MGM. The embroidery at MGM is much prettier than in MK.

I just went in October and purchased 4 sets of ears at Le Chapeau in MK. They were $8.95 each but the engraving was free. A very sweet older lady hand embroidered each of them with a machine and said they do not charge--but only in that store. Also, be warned that they will only put proper names on the hats--not nicknames. I purchased a set for a friend at work named "Francesca" but everyone calls her "Frenchy." After a little coaxing, the nice lady put "Frenchy" on the hat for me but made me promise the ears would not be worn in park!

We bought our ears in October at the Chapeau. There was a sign at each register stating embroidery was $2, proper names only.

Yes, embroidery is $2. I believe it used to be free at The Chapeau, but they have begun charging in the past few weeks.
