ears at the gift shop

Are Minnie Mouse Ears available at the gift shop
on board the Wonder?

My daughter (3.5) has asked to "be Minnie" for
the cruise, so we ordered her a dress, but not
the accessories. Of course, the first thing
she said when we got it was "where are the ears"?

I've been assuming that they have them on board,
but if not, I'll need to try to make or buy them
ahead of time.

PS. I've been lurking here for a few weeks getting
all the information I can before our first
cruise coming up later this month. You guys are
a treasure.

Just wanted to say congrats on your first post! I wish I had an answer for you, but here's a bump hoping someone else can answer your question!

Yes on our cruise on the wonder they had Minnie ears in the gift shop.

Since they had Minnie ears I'm assuming they also have Mickey ears.

We'll be on the Magic next summer and I want to get Mickey ears for DSs, DSIL and DBIL. Do they embroider the names like they do in the WDW parks?

No, they don't embroider them for you on the ship but they are special because there is a Captain Mickey on the front patch instead of the one at the parks. Wish that we had known this because we bought them at MK a couple days before the cruise. They did make for great pics with the kids boarding though.

Just remember the shop will not be open until after you set sail. So if you want the 'ears' before you sail, get them ahead of time.

I'm hoping to talk DD into being Minnie just for our dinner at Tritons where the rest of us plan on dressing up a little. So, the fact that we can't get the ears until later in the day is a good thing.

they also have the cutest captains hat with mickey ears and a sailor hat with goofy ears... DH would have wanted one if they would have just fit his big head!!

If you come into Orlando a day early you can go to WDW and get the Minnie ears with her name on it.

We always go early and stay later to get our hands on the new "stuff" not already in our collection.
