Early PS for CRT question

We have PS resies for CRT at 9:00am on a non EE day. Can we enter the MK earlier than usual in order to make it to the castle in time? If so, wouldn't this be a great photo op?

We had a PS for CRT for 9:15AM last Tuesday (5/25) and arrived at the turnstiles at 8:45AM - especially since the CM that I booked the PS with said to be at the castle 15 minutes ahead of time. This being my first trip ever to Disneyworld, I didn't know exactly where I was going and wanted to be early.
When we arrived at the turnstile and asked. They said to go by the Breakfast seating sign, which was on the lefthand side of all of the turnstiles. The CM standing there said that we would have to wait until 9:00AM after the opening ceremonies. However, we could wait in her very short line. There were several other families near waiting near us that had 9:00AM PS's for CRT. Within a matter of minutes after 9AM, we got through the crowd and were on our way to CRT. We got there by 9:15 and were seated within 15 minutes, which was great considering we had a party of 7 (plus a stroller).
All of the wait was worth it once we sat down for breakfast!

Edited to add - it was an extra bonus to be able to see the opening ceremony since we hadn't planned that. I don't know what my first few pics look like while walking to the castle - I'll find out in a couple days.

We have had PS for CRT before opening - never at opening time itself. So I am unsure if you would be able to get in early. I hope you will, because - you are right - it is a great photo op. We had about 20-30 minutes one trip and got great video of Minnie and Chip and then Chip and Dale Dancing together on a completely empty Main Street. They all took pictures with our family. Another family that was walking in for PS also interacted with Chip (or was it Dale) and it was really fun to watch them chasing around after each other. We were able to get great photos of our family infront of the castle with NO ONE in the background. It was truly a magical morning.

We have an 8:05 ps for CRT. I had the understanding that people with an early PS would be allowed in early to arrive at the castle on time. Has someone recently experienced something different? I was concerned with getting transportation to MK from BCV, now I am concerned with getting in early. I also thought this would be a good time to have a ps so we could get in before other people and be done with eating by 9:00 to enjoy the opening of the park. Any advise or suggestions to calm my fears.

We have arrived a couple of times at the gate prior to opening (between 8:30 and 8:45). They are always letting families in--and I can only assume b/c they have PS for breakfast. Anything prior to 9am you should be let in. The families with 9am PS got stiffed by the CM IMHO. If you have an 8:05--there is no way they cannot let you in. IF that were the case--they wouldn't allow PS that early.

As far as transport--busses start running at about 7:30am--double check when you check in and make sure you are at the bus stop promptly about 10 minutes before. [anybody feel free to correct me]

Remember though--PS is priority and not a reservation (even though CRT is ALWAYS bookd)--so there may be some wait when you arrive--but since you are one of the first and barring any transport issues, you should not have that long of a wait.

I have done this several times I suggest you be out to the bus at 7:10 for an 8:05 PS these buses run very early and I have been told lots of wrong times. If you are late go and get a taxi from your bellhop . The absolutely let you in but they check your PS and your name off a list. It is a beautiful picute op the park is much less crodwd and main street is so beautiful and quiet! Magical!
