Early Planning for 2011

I have a number of questions regarding a trip for April of 2011
1- When will 2011 points be published?
2-I am planning a stay Thurs-Sunday during the NY and New England spring breaks (it is not alway the same week - but in 2011 it will be). I will be making an 11 month reservation at my home resort, but what are the chances of me being able to move to either AKL Savannah view, BLT (dont care about view) or Beach Club at the 7 month mark - a non dedIcated two bedroom.
3-If I book a non dedicated two bedroom and our friends cancel (before holding period) can I just drop the studio portion without loosing my 1 bedroom?
4- Which resorts have 1 bedrooms that sleep 5 - we are only 4 but I like the idea of my kids not sharing the sofa beds.

1) at this point I do not think anyone knows for sure when the 2011 points will be published. Hopefully before the end of the year
2) I can't help with this one as I have not booked at the 7 month mark for anything as yet
3) No you can not cancel the studio portion. If you are concerned about your friends cancelling I would book a 1 bedroom and a studio as a separate rooms.
4) BLT and Kidani Village at the AKL have the 1 bedrooms that sleep 5 they have the chair sleeper in the living room. My daughter slept in the chair sleeper at Kidani and thought it was quite comfortable. They also have 2 bathrooms which is a great perk.

Also AKV at Jambo house, execpt for the value rooms, has the sleeping chairs. On the flip side, they only have one bathroom.

I'm sure there are people who will be booking their own home resort of either AKV, BLT, or BC and then trying to move at the 7 month mark, possibly opening up rooms for others to get into. My home resort is AKV and I'll be needing 2-2 bedroom lockoffs the last week of March 2011, but I may decide to try somewhere else at the 7 month mark, so there are surely others doing the same.
