Early morning ADRs

I'd like an ADR at CP before the MK opens, but I'd like to be finished breakfast before the park opens. Our trip (DH, me, DD6, DS4) is Dec 6 -16.

1.) Is this a hard ADR to get? I'll call the first day I am eligible.

2.) How late of a reservation should I take? My kids will want to meet every character and I am not willing to disappoint them first thing in the morning. The earliest is 8:05? I'll take that if they have it, but if not can a take 8:20 and still finish? (We have to get to Dumbo!!)

That's going to be tough.. we spent like almost 2 hours in Chef Mickey's.. it's such a fun place. The only thing you can do is call Disney Dining and ask. People can tell you it's hard to get or it isn't, it doesn't matter, just call.
