I didn't even plan my May trip 180 days out. I got it finalized in early February. My last trip in October? Like 3 weeks. It is doable. I have a BOG dinner reservation for my upcoming trip. Get your MDE account set up and keep checking. All the planning can help, but it's not really needed to have a great time.

how do i set that up? i feel like there have been a lot of changes since the last time i went.

I just started planning a spur of the moment vacation to WDW for the second weekend in may two weeks ago. I had no problem getting FP+ for everything we wanted. We also got 6:30 dinner reservations at BOG just a few days ago. My advice is check everyday. You might get lucky, we were on the website when it popped up as available so you never know!

Wow, great luck you had there! That's the same time as my trip, and I remember it was exactly 80 days out that I was able to find my BOG ADR. One day it was just there (three times to choose from no less). Enjoy your trip!

Well, you may have one depending on when you were last there. Just create an account on the Dinsey website. If you go ahead and book your trip they will explain it all to you as well. You do not have to have a reservation booked to get an ADR though, I just found it easier to keep track that way.

Do you know will you be staying onsite or not? I don't believe you said.

I would Go. You may not get all the reservations that you want, but you can always keep trying in case something opens up. The beginning of May is our favorite time to go. It's not too crowded and the weather is pretty perfect. You will also get to see the F&G festival. I would rather be there and miss out on a few things Han not be there at all

glad to hear it's not too crazy. i thought it would be hot by then. thanks for all the info i will be talking to my bf tonight and see if we can work it all out. *fingers crossed*
