Early magic hours at Epcot

We are planning to do an EMH at Epcot. What is open for that hour, and what plan of attack would you recommend? We probably won`t go for Frozen, since we have three FPs for that ride during our trip. Our priority would be the other, usual suspects: Soarin` and Test Track. After or during EMH, we plan to head to DHS for rope drop, or shortly after RD.

I guess you could make it a personal challenge.

Whether you're walking/running, boating, busing or using your own car, the SHORTEST TRAVEL time would be around 20 min. So you've got to be finished with those two rides by 8:40 at the very latest. If you are at EP around 7:00 a.m. to guarantee you are at the front of the pack and can be in the first group to ride TT, you might be off TT by 8:10. The problem now is what is the wait time at Soarin'. There's not much else going on during EMH, so it could easily be up to 30 min even this early. BUT it may not be. Check the app and make your decision on the fly.

As PP said, FEA is open and you can get out the back entrance if that is what you're thinking of doing. I believe you'll have to go out the Canada side, though.

Is World Showcase and FEA open during early magic hours?

World Showcase Promenade is open from the Norway/China "border" to Mexico to Canada to United Kingdom and on to the International Gateway.

The only things open during AM EMH in World Showcase are FEA,the Elsa/Anna Meet and World Traveler.

So you might not get rope drop at DHS, but, if you were close you could still get RnR, TOT and Star Tours fairly easily early. Possibly even Midway mania and flying saucers.

I was actually told that sometimes it's better to FP+ TT because if it goes down while you have a FP, they will honor it any time during your visit that day. If it goes down on a stand by, you're kinda outta luck. Maybe trade one of your FEA FP+ for TT if everyone agrees if you really want to do TT?
