I have another hopefully easy question for you Disney Resort vets. We are staying onsite at Disney for the first time at Pop Century, and I was wondering how the early entry days worked. I read that the buses run earlier on those days to the early entry park. Anyone know how early?

Also, how do the logistics work? I'm guessing you just walk to the front gate as usual, but how does entry into the rest of the park once official opening time arrives work? Do you have to line up at rope drop for another land as usual at opening time? If anyone has any other tips or advice on how early entry days work, I'd appreciate it greatly! 3 weeks to go!
Thanks:earsboy:

I believe the buses start to run anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before the early entry time for the park that is opening early. As far as rope drops, the park is fully open, just some of the attractions are not open. Toontown in MK is probably the only exception as it opens later than normal on most all days. My advice on EE is to treat it as if the park was opening at that time officially. Be there 15-30 minutes before to get in line. Make sure you know which attractions are open and go for it.

Be sure to have your room key ready to show at the gate. They will ask to see it when you enter the park to prove you are staying on Disney property.
