Early December weather

Hi All,
Just thinking about our next cruise and wondering what the weather experiences people have had the first week of December? Would it likely be nicer than the end of jan? We did the eastern this past jan and the sea days were cold and very windy. Thanks in advance!
Ps I know that you could have bad weather anytime I am just looking for peoples experiences.

We've had excursions at Castaway Cay cancelled due to high winds in early December. We've also had fabulous weather. In general, we've found the temperatures to be good but winds can be high and the weather conditions highly variable. But we do like that time of year to cruise.

We were on the Fantasy 11/29 to 12/6 last year. Both days in Port Canaveral the weather was really cold (60s), but sunny. It started to get warm on the first sea day, definitely warm enough for swimming and both days in St Thomas and San Juan were beautiful: sunny, mid 80s. Castaway Cay was sunny and high 70s, but they told us that there had been a cold front coming through and the day before had been rain and mid 60s on CC.

We also had very strong winds, especially during the first two sea days, lots of movement on the ship, deck 4 and the area around Sattelite Falls was closed because of the winds for some time. The first day the Aquaduck was not in operation either because of the winds.

I was on the Wonder 12/7/15 and the weather was absolutely beautiful. However, the day before our arrival at CC, the ship could not dock because of high winds...I think the weather is unpredictable! That said, I was much happier on CC in December than in July when I felt like we were on the surface of the sun...

We had no problems with the weather in December. It was cold at night, too cold to swim but perfect during the day. July on the other hand has always been hard for us to handle, just to give you an idea of what's nice to us.
