Early December stay

Disney has used a booking algorithm to help control length of stay bookings for years. They don’t want single room nights left that will sit unbooked. From what I’ve read that is a very common practice in the hotel industry.

The OP has their room now, sounds like, but just wanted to point out that there is a way around this with WDW - just book the longer stay and call to get the extra day(s) removed. My sister does this for probably half her stays .
