Early Closures in GE?

Does anything close early in Galaxy's Edge besides Ronto Roasters? Trying to plan and not be surprised by an early closure
 
Docking Bay 7 also closed early when I was there a couple weeks ago (around 4 or 5 I think) - just not as early as Ronto Roasters
