EARLY CHECK IN: December 15th, 2007 - Seven night Western - 12/15/07

Oh, no Susan. That is too bad. I hope the next one goes better. Take care of yourself.

So, how is everyone's shopping going? I went out today, but didn't get finished. I got a few things and I would have gotten more, but I had forgotten my $10 off coupon at home and by the time I came back to get it, I didn't think I had time to go back out before I had to pick up the kids.

My shopping isn't going to be good this year. My laptop decided today that it was going to die. So all my school work is lost. And I had to spend 1200 dollars to get a new one which took all my Christmas money plus emergency money. At least my family understands.

Susan, Sorry to hear about your blood test. Sure hope you don't have GD. Not able to spell it out. It is when you are pregent & have diabetes. Please do take care of yourself.

If I spend anymore money on shopping, I won't have any money for my Disney trip in 13 days. After all I have to come back with more then I took :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao: . I still may have to ship somethings home  :dance3:

yearbook, sorry about your puter. I just had to order another puter myself. Couldn't wait to get new puter sent,s I got the old one fixed for a great price.

Don't electronics stink sometimes?
Sadly, because my old one was a dell laptop, I couldn't get it repaired quickly at either school or at work. Since well, I go to a school that I couldn't survive without one...I had to cave in.

Oh no, that is terrible. We had a hard drive crash over the summer that stunk too, but at least I didn't have any school work that was lost. :grouphug:

to Kathy, Christi, Me, & happy belated birthday to Kevin. ;) :bday: :bday: :bday:

I had a nice day. I spent the day with my deased twin's first born granddaughter(& her mother). She was 2 on the 7th. I wish she was born on our birthday. My twin never got to see her first grandchild. I have the pleasure of spoiling her, & her big half sister who will soon be 5. I wish my twin was her to see them. She always wanted a girl, she just has one son. She would love these babies.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I'll post again after my test on Monday.

Our shopping is mostly done. We did quite a bit online. We still have a few things. We haven't done our Christmas card photo yet. Time is slipping away.

Yearbook...so sorry about your computer problems. I lost a paper once and that was bad enough. I cannot imagine losing everything.

So many birthdays. Hope everyone has/had a good one!!

Hey all! Where has all the time gone? I think it has something to do with snuggling with baby. The hours seem to fly by, I can't believe he's going to be a month old already on Thursday. Lots of Christmas stuff going on, I need to start my shopping sometime.

Susan--I hope your test goes well on Monday.
Melissa--New computer, lost schoolwork, OUCH! When my laptop crashed the computer store was able to take the data of the hard drive, might be worth checking into.
Sharon--Hope you have a great Christmas tirp with your family.

Good morning everyone!!!! :sunny:  :wave2:

Today is the day!!!

Only 1 year (365 days, 8,760 hours, 525,600 minutes, or 31,536,000 seconds) until we board the Magic!!!
:cool1: :thumbsup2  :Pinkbounc :yay: :dance3: :woohoo: :cool1: :thumbsup2  :Pinkbounc :yay: :dance3: :woohoo:

Guess who is on :cloud9:!

It's hard to believe we're actually past the one year mark. I know that after I have this baby time will just fly by.

Stacie...how's baby Andrew? Still sleeping well for you? We plan to start transforming the guest room into a nursery after Christmas. I don't know what we're going to do with all the stuff in that closet.

Anybody need some queen size mattresses?

LOL :goodvibes

I'm still waiting for the back hoe :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: .

Sharon--Believe it or not I have a backhoe sitting in my backyard right now!! :rotfl2:

Unfortunately it isn't here to take away any of my "stuff". It's here to fix our septic system. We have learned a lesson since buying this house in August. Always get the home inspection done, even if you live in a small town and know the people your buying the house from. When we put the wallpaper in the downstairs bathroom we installed an exhaust fan so the wallpaper wouldn't fall of the walls. We then started smelling sewer gas. The plumber came and cut out a chunk of wall and they discovered that the foundation drain and sewer drain run together. Evidently that's a bad thing, when we ran the fan it would draw the sewer gas into our house. So we get to redo the septic system. The same week we found that, our furnance went out and we had to replace it. I think I just paid for our plumber to go on a Disney cruise.

Susan--Baby is still being really good. I can't wait for yours to come along. I think your right about the time flying after the holidays, especially if your doing the nursery and all of that "nesting" stuff.

Stacie that is a darn shame. Just in time for the holidays,

Well I'm off to see the Mouse, Goofy, Minnie & oh boy,oh boy you know the rest.

Have a Merry Christmas

Well, I passed my glucose test on Monday...no diabetes for me. I have an ultrasound scheduled for January 3.

Stacie...sorry about the house problems. My parents have had water problems with their home since they bought it in 1989. It's just tough to spend that kind of money this time of year.

Sharon...have a wonderful time in Disney. Tell Mickey and Minnie hello and we'll see them next December.

So, have any of your guys thought about the excursions you want to do?
I started looking at those today because I had free time.

I'm sure I'm going to do the Sea Trek at Grand Cayman. At Key West, I'm going to go explore it myself, seeing as I have friends in the area. Castaway I'm going to just hang out at the beach and get a cabana massage.

I'm really torn for the Cozumel day between:
Jungle Bike Adventure: Travel back through time during this guided bike tour through the tropical terrain of Cozumel as you come across the remains of age-old Mayan ruins.

Jungle Hike Expedition: Surrender to adventure on this guided nature hike through two miles of tropical countryside that includes stops at several partially excavated Mayan ruins.

Mexican Cuisine Workshop and Tasting: Discover the secrets of authentic Mexican cooking during this delectable "hands-on" cooking course where you prepare, cook and enjoy your very own full course meal.

Tulum Ruins: Journey to the ancient "walled city" of Tulum on mainland Mexico and take a tour of the ceremonial ruins while learning the storied history of the Mayan civilization from your guide.

Zip Line, Bike & Swim Tour: Fly high in the sky for over two miles on a breezy zip line before putting the pedal to the medal for a mile-long bike ride to a watering hole for some sun-soaked swimming.

Yeah Susan!!!!! That's great news.

Sharon--Hope you have fun with your family.

Melissa--We haven't even thought about the excursions yet. We're just looking forward to our March Eastern cruise, we're not doing any DCL excursions, just going to a couple beaches and hang out.

Cristi--Hope your staying warm and have gotten dug out, looks like CO really got hit hard.

DH and I went shopping yesterdsay got everything finished up. I've gotten some treats made this week while Andy has been sleeping. I think I'm ready for Christmas.
