early ADR at MK but staying offsite...

how early do the monorail and ferry start running from the TTC at Magic Kingdom?
ie. can we get from the parking lot to the gates for an 8:00 a.m. ADR at Crystal Palace?

I don't know any details of when they open and that sort of thing, but we've done it - and I want to say that we may have had to take the resort monorail b/c the express wasn't running yet. Don't know if my memory is serving me correctly there though.
