early admission

we are not resort guests. is it better to start out at the park that does not have early admission or does it really matter. going when touring plans puts the crowd at 2 for both parks

At a crowd level of 2, it really doesn't matter. If you're huge Harry Potter fans, you might want to go to the park without early admission and enjoy the somewhat less crowded wizarding world. Otherwise, go to the park with the rides you think you will like most and knock them out first.
