early admission to the parks....what day?

Does anyone know what days of the week you can go early to the parks if you are staying on disney property? Does it depend on where you are staying? We are staying at Pop Century.
Also. does anyone think June 6-9 will be unusually crowded this year?

You'll find park hours including Extra Magic Hours. BTW, some parks open an hour early on some days; others are now open up to three hours after closing, depending on the park and the day of the week.
