Can anybody tell me what is the earliest time the Virgin check in desks open at Manchester.

Do you mean the check-in desks for manual check-in? If so, I'm afraid I can't help; but it's usually 3 - 4 hours before scheduled departure

You can check-in online for your flight from 24 hours before the scheduled departure time

Check in at Manchester usually opens at 6.30 am
