earliest i can book with travel agent?

Looking at booking package with thomson , unless I get brave and do diy. We are looking at around the last 2 weeks in Oct 2015. When is the earliest I can book?

We booked our package with virgin holidays in march 2012 for our September 2013 trip, so about 18 months in advance. It's been horrendous counting down but we're down to 57 days now!
I would think every travel agent is different though. But you should be able to see some packages now.

If you are booking through a travel agent and you're booking a package, then you can usually book in Mar/April for the following year. It does vary from operator to operator.

If you decide to brave it and go DIY, it's usually 11 months out for flights.

I'm pretty sure we booked everything in March 2011 for October 2012.

I booked direct with Walt Disney World in January 2012 and we go in October (12 weeks to go!)

It's been such a long countdown but I would highly recommend booking direct with Disney. They have been fantastic and make it magical for you from the time of booking. Very friendly and helpful.

We are going the last two weeks of Oct 2014 and I have already booked through Disney (no flights). I've already had to change my dates by 3 days with no problems - just called and asked if I could change them.

If you book with Disney direct there is free dinning promotion and we got 35% off a two bedroom at Old Key West as well.

For flights I started looking last May and for 5 of us was £2450 (for the same dates in 2013) those same dates now are costing £3100. So if you are Brave enough to book everything yourself I suggest looking at flights in April or May for best deals.
