Earl of Sandwich BLT

Do the sandwiches at Earl of Sandwich come premade? Looking at their menu I see a BLT isn't offered for lunch. I'm hoping I can ask to have one made.

The BLT at Earl of Sandwich was taken off the menu some time ago. However, they have all the ingredients to make it and they will if you ask. I've done it several times. Last time I was there the guy taking our order commented that they very so many requests for it, they really should put it back on the menu. He didn't know why it had ever been removed.
