can you use ea when ordering a intermediate car? how does this work at national in orlando? where are the aisles locoated? do we all go over as a family or do i send my husband to pick car and wait with luggage?

I would check on the availability of a full-size vs. an intermediate vehicle...the price has always been the same for me at MCO. It would give you more flexibility.

We split up and I "pick out" the vehicle, getting the keys, and placing some carryons/car seat in the car. I then return over and help with the luggage that is now been retrieved. We then all head back over to the car. I prefer this now especially with the extra security associated when you park and wait at curbside.

Yes you can use EA when you reserve an intermediate car. You are guaranteed an intermediate car. Since you are an Emerald Club member, you should try pricing your reservation for a full size car. The price should be the same/almost the same as your current reservation. If there are no full size cars on EA, you can generally pick from the full size aisle. The upgrade to a full size is one of the benefits of your Emerald Club membership.:)
