Has anyone used the aisle at LAX? How was it?

DH will be taking the shuttle to get the car and bringing it back around to get us and the luggage..........bad idea??

Thanks if anyone has any info!!:D

if what i can recall from LAX....bad idea....

since they are very picky ( ticketing ) people who stop in and around the terminal buildings....it was a hoot sorta to watch the "game" being played out by the LAPD.....on motorcycles

the bus ride is not that bad....the buses pull up to the median across from the terminals in several places....the lot is actually a couple of blocks from the "terminals" but easy to get to when you return the cars

as far as the aisle goes .... the bus will drop you off in the "aisle" area...all outside ....the time we were there they seemed to have a lot of compact cars on the Aisle ( like cavaliers etc ) ...finally asked if they had any aleros and one of the attendants got one for me from the cars coming out of the car wash...do not be afraid to ask if you do not see something that you think will suit you...

We used EA at LAX last August. I have to say, very honestly, that our whole LAX experience was much easier than we expected it to be based on everything we'd heard. We loaded all 4 of us and all our luggage on the shuttle bus, very quickly taken to the National lot, had no trouble finding a car on the EA (not a huge selection, but we were happy), and were on our way with no problems at all. I'd have to think it might be more confusing for your DH to have to try to find his way through the airport roads to meet you back at the terminal. Drop-off was also very easy and quick, got right on a shuttle bus, and were at the terminal in plenty of time. Have a great trip.

Thank You! My DS has special needs so we thought this might be easier, I will have re-think this for sure.

Thanks Again!!:D

I've used the EA at LAX multiple times and I would have to ditto the comments of the others. I would also recommend everyone taking the shuttle. IMHO it would be much easier than your husband trying to find his way back and dealing with the issues of trying to pick you up. We have always found the selection to be excellent--I only wish Orlando was this good. Last August we got a mini-van and the time before that a Pontiac Aztec (which my kids loved!) Good luck and have a great trip!
