e tickets UT and bridging

They make you pick an expected day of arrival. Are you able to change this? What if we decide to go to Disney at a later date or possibly earlier?

ETA - Can you bridge E-tickets when you enter the park? Do I need to pick up paper tickets in order to upgrade from 5 to 7 days?

I wasn't aware there was an e ticket option for UT. But traditionally, they asked your date so they could make sure they mailed them to you in enough time, from what I recall reading here over the years.

As far as I know tickets from UT are not e-tickets. They mail you real ones you use at the gates. I just bought ours last week and there was no e-ticket option. They ask you when your trip is so they know there is enough time to ship them out to you.

There was an e-ticket option on UT when I order on Saturday, this method was non-refundable however. I chose for the hard ticket to be mailed to me but was never asked during the ordering process the date of my trip We aren't going until October so I'm not concerned about getting them immediately.
