E-nights -- when and how do they let you know?

Hi, we are treking in 19 days to All Star Music resort. 8/26-9/2.

How do you find out IF there is going to be an e-night during your trip?

I have tried looking at the master online calendar, and even clicking on e-nights. None are scheduled. Do they plan them at the last minute? How do you know?

They announce them a month at a time. Generally they announce them a month ahead of time, although I've seen them get announced as late as 2 weeks before the beginning of the month. August e-nights were announced quite some time ago, and unfortunately the last one is August 22. I usually get my information from Deb Willis' website, www.wdwig.com. Nothing has been announced for September, and according to another poster on the DIS yesterday, they called Disney and were told no e-nights for Sept or October. So unfortunately, it doesn't look like you'll have the opportunity to enjoy an e-night on this trip. But that gives you something to come back for Have a great trip!

Not sure about finding out about the E-nights before arriving at WDW. I believe we have never known until we arrive at the hotel - the resort always has the info on these & you can buy the tickets here, too. Hope this helps!
