I'm hoping someone can help me with this. We are renting points from a DVC owner for our trip. Since we are not actually booking a resort through Disney are we still allowed to purchase E-Night tickets or take advantage of early park entry?

The DVC resorts have the same priviledges as the other WDW resorts, regardless of how the room was booked.

Yes to Early Entry, as stated you only need your resort ID. At this time E-night is not being offered. Instead a new program where certain parks on certain nights stay open an additional 3 hours. You will recieve info when you check in.

Thanks everyone. That after hours thing sounds pretty neat. Are they offering this already? My family would love that.

Does anyone know if E-Ride Nights will reappear during the summer months? While Extra Magic Hour will be a nice addition, we're huge fans of E-Ride Nights. We usually do every one scheduled during our trip (sometimes four). Also, are EMH parks going to be on a revolving schedule or will the same park stay open on the same night every week (hopefully for planning sake)?

There has been no definite official statement made. However I can not see them offering both. EMH should stay on a constant schedule.

I to am sad to see the E-ride nights discontinued.

What is the cost of the early morning and 3 hours at night?
What would difference be with e-nights they had and this new system?
This sounds good, what is the negatives?
I am leaving on Jan. 16th to Jan. 19th-last minute trip for my daughter for 6th birthday, so I have not been reading up on the latest. We were there in June, 2004 and didn't know any of this new ticket stuff etc....

Last may they were doing testing with hours with disney resort guests. Heard this went over well, not sure what will happen for the upcoming year. I am a dvc owner and when you get e-ride just go to the front desl the morning of. Pay for them and you get a special card to present at the park :smooth:

There is no charge for Extra Magic Hour (morning or night). Unlike E-Ride Nights, this is not a separately ticketed event. You get a wristband from various locations throughout the park no earlier than 2 hours to park closing by showing them your resort ID card.

There are more attractions open during EMH than during E-Ride Night. Also, E-Ride Nights had a limit of 5,000 guests while EMH is open to any WDW resort guest.
