The only email address I am aware of is for the Concierge Level. Are you staying Concierge? I am not fimiliar with what the Platinum Pkg gets you that is why I ask.

No I am not but as I understand it at other resorts they are the people who set up the package reservations for you. The Platinum Package is like the old Grand Plan.
