Has anyone booked flights via e-dreams before? I got directed to them via Kayak and wanted to book, but it wanted everyone's passport numbers (which I don't have as my DD's passport has ran out and her DD hasn't got a passport yet (she's only 6 months old)
I telephoned them, but got a very remote call centre, who informed me that they couldn't answer my query and would put me through to someone who could. I got put through to a random answer machine message which stated the magazine I was calling about is no longer available
the line then went off and I got the discontinued tone.
So now I'm very dubious about booking (although the price of the flight is tempting) has anyone ever booked through this company before???
