Please help. I haven't had this happen before on E-Bay and I honestly don't know what to do. Long story short, I sold a pair of concert tickets for just over $300 on Tuesday requiring Paypal only payment within 3 days of auction close and the buyer still hasn't paid. I sent an invoice as soon as the auction closed on Tuesday but didn't hear anything from her until Thursday morning when she emailed that she couldn't access her Paypal account (I thought, well maybe ok because sometimes my computer's browser acts up and I can't either). She asked if I she could send a money order first thing on Friday; I emailed immediately back that no, I require Paypal. She emailed back that a money order was the only way she could pay, I said fine and sent my address. But then she emailed me late Friday asking for my address which I'd already included. I emailed it to her again. Yesterday afternoon she emails that she still had not sent the money order but that she'll overnight it on Monday (tomorrow). Now I just received an email from her saying that she will 'definitely' send the money order on TUESDAY!! I honestly don't know what to do because now I see SHE IS NOW THE HIGH BIDDER ON TICKETS TWO ROWS CLOSER TO THE STAGE THAN MINE, an auction that closes Tuesday night!!!!!!!! Seeing that, I'm freaking out that she's just been stringing me along. Please advise what I should do. I understand people will be people and I can't FORCE someone to pay, but what should I do? I don't want to go through listing these all over again, the second highest bidder to hers has already won tickets and the concert date is approaching. Any advice GREATLY appreciated.... Thank you... Lori

) Tuesday, October 18th I will be forced to file a Unpaid Item notice with ebay, and relist the tickets. Bidding on ebay in an auction is a contract to buy this item and abide by the terms of the auction.
