Dyson Vaccums

Are they worth the price? I go through a vaccum a year at least! Maybe I am rough on equiptment I dont know! I currently have a phantom and was never really pleased with it I am one of those nutcases that likes the perfect vaccum tracks on the carpets. Well this one just doesnt do it, and it is now starting to act up. I have only had it since september!! So my question is are Dyson's worth the money they cost? Or if someone knows of a good vaccum please help!!

I would buy another Dyson ten times over ~ I LOVE mine!!! It is way worth the money! I just amazes me how much it sucks up each time I use it! I would strongly suggest a Dyson!!

I just bought a Dyson Animal right before Christmas. I absolutely love it. I cannot believe how much it pulls out of the carpet. AND I love the extension hose...I can vacuum ANYWHERE!!! Yeah!

I would buy one again tomorrow....

Just treated myself to the Dyson Animal for my birthday, and oh my God, I LOVE IT!!!!!! Amazing - it sucked up a whole dog's worth of hair out of the carpet the first time!!! I really got excited about vacuuming....how sad is that????

I just ordered the Dyson Animal with the Ball. I'm pretty hard on vacuums, I guess, since I've burned up 3 expensive ones in the past 5 years. My Orrick broke last week and I'm waiting for the new Dyson to arrive any day. Can't wait to see. I've never gone this long without vacuuming, so it certainly has it's work cut out for it.

Best vacuum ever! If mine broke tomorrow, I would run out and replace it. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats, so it gets a real workout. I love it!

Oh thank you all!! You are making feel better about the Dyson!! My SIL told I was crazy for spending that kind of money, but I feel if it does the job and lasts then it is worth it. Since 1994 when my DH and I got married I have probably gone through 3000.00 in vaccum's maybe more!!! And a dog's worth of hair!!! I need it we have two lab's a choco. and a yellow and two kitties in the house!! Thanks again!!

They are amazing!

If you want the perfect vacuum lines this will do it for you. If you have hip and/or shoulder problems they are great to use. I've got a problem with my hip and with my shoulders so vacuuming is one of those things I really dread. When at my sister's house I use her Dyson and don't have any problems or pains.

Since everyone else was telling you how great it cleans I thought I would tell you some of the other stuff to help you make up your mind too.

I love my dyson animal too. I am just gonna add too, since I didnt realise this. The flat wide purple attachment that just looks like a regular floor attachment , actually rakes pet hair from deep in the carpet. I was amazed. I am only saying this because I thought this was a regular attachment that you just use on wood floors for instance. Then one day I was trying to vacuum under my bed and decided to try that attachment. When you pull it back it does this kind of wiggle thing and oh my...bushels of dog hair ! I hope that doesnt gross you out but just in case you dyson owners didnt realise that, I have a friend who has one also and she didnt know it worked like that either.

I know you have decided, but just wanted to say how much I LOVE my dyson.
I also had a phantom and there is no comparison! When I first brought my dyson home, I vacuumed with the phantom and re-vacuumed with the dyson ... I couldn't believe all the extra stuff the dyson picked up! You will be very happy

Well 526.00 dollars later and I can expect it on monday! I got the DC07 full gear upright I cant wait.

I don't think you will regret it. I think they are wonderful and make vacuuming so much nicer.

We just got ours last week after I went through yet another vacuum. My husband surprised me with it. It was on sale.

It is the best vacuum I ever had. It does an amazing job. My rugs looked so much better after using it.

And it is so easy to maneuver on that ball. I used to have to really lift and push my old vacuum. This one glides on the floor.

Fresh vacuum lines make me happy Totally worth the money , I have one. It is a Super Sucker.

I like my Dyson so much that when I saw a good sale I bought an extra one. How sad is that? Dyson's rarely go on sale and if mine broke down I didn't want to be without it for even one day. Hey, if I get another one I can have one on every floor of my house!
