Dyson Toy Vacuum- anyone have one?

My 2 year old LOVES to vacuum. We have a lot of fights because I won't let him use the real one too much (because he bangs it into everything). I found a toy Dyson online at Toys R Us and Amazon that looks very similar to my Hoover vacuum. I think he would like it but it got some pretty terrible reviews. Anyone own one of these and have an opinion? I would hate to waste the money on it if it is a piece of junk!

I don't have one, but I saw one at Toy R Us the other day. They had another one that was $14.99 and it looked to be just as good.

If I'm going to spend $40 on a toy vacuum, it had better work as well as my real one.

My DS is getting the Hasbro Playskool Crew Talking Dusty vacuum for Christmas, it's $19.99 on amazon. He plays with it at daycare and LOVES it.

I did see the Dyson when I went shopping for it, but the Talking Dusty is very kid-friendly and not so real looking, I liked that!

See, I have been looking at the more "kiddie" vacuums and I am not sure they will go over as well for DS. I think the appeal for him is if he thinks it is real.
