Our family has gone dye free for my daughter's behavioral health. Are there good resources to figure out what foods don't have artificial dyes in them so we can avoid them? I'm sad we'll have to avoid most candies there, but I have plenty of dye free candies to bring from home for treats. If I ask at a food cart or counter would they be able to provide a list of ingredients for me or look them up for me before we purchase something?

My girls are also dye-free. On our last trip to WDW I was surprised to find out that scrambled eggs at buffets or quick service restaurants have yellow food dye in them. We now know to ask for freshly scrambled eggs.

Wow…good to know. I will be sure to ask about everything we order.
