DxDP Cost Question

Question:

On the DDP info Sticky, it says that the price of the deluxe dining plan is $71.99 per guest 10 and older.

When I booked on November 15 2008, was this the price? In other words, when did the $71.99 price go in to affect?

I'm asking because I'm leaving for Disney in 4 days, and I plan on seeing if we saved any money on the DxDP (out of curiosity, I'm a DDP enthusiast, and not saving tons wouldn't sway me!)

For any trip in the calendar year 2009, the price is $71.99 per adult.

For a trip that took place in 2008 the price was $69.99 per adult.

The price is based on the date you travel, not the date you book.

Thanks, this is exactly what I wanted to know.

So if our meals cost more than $503.93, we'll be good.
