I did actually just asked my guide and she confirmed that they do NOT charge fees when using a credit card. She did so nicely point out the 15 year loan and how it is a “game changer” so people could pay less monthly …

If you have a potential buyer willing to pull out a credit card to buy an arguably very overpriced product (or at least one that is highly discretionary, not easy to sell, and often relies on buyers being uninformed of other alternatives), the last thing you'd want to do is erect barriers to that purchase.
Many of us here would rewrite contracts over a $500 D23 discount or a minor favorable change in incentives. How would we react if we pull out a credit card just to have the price jacked up by $6/pt (~3%)?
I think someone just mis-understood something in a game of telephone. If DVC were charging a fee to use a credit card, there would be sackcloth and ashes on this board ten minutes later.

For Disney's sake, I hope the deeds pickup the rest of May. Not off to a good start. County data on 5/5/25 for PVB was good, but the rest is a drop off.
Year over year, DVC sales may be good (CFW vs PVB). Selling VGF again has helped some, but not sure to what level.
Even the county document ids showing a drop of the first 8 days of April versus the first 8 days of May.
