DVCnews.com problems?

I can get to the homepage, but can't log-on or scroll. They have a headline that mentions MNSSHP & MVMCP - like they have dates for DVC discounts. But every time I try to scroll, the page goes to the continuous "circle" thingie. Anyone else having problems with this site?
