Has anyone else had a brutal time logging on?

We are new members and wanted to log on and check things out... we did the whole registration thing with our club ID and our "one time activation code" but after filling out the entire registration page, it just keeps kicking back to the start of it again.... we called MS and they said that we should delete our cookies, reboot and try again. We did this (On two computers) and still nothing!!!!! UGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Anyone have a suggestion? Trust me... we have filled the entire thing out correctly, so it's not that we missed something on the registration page. I know there have been problems on the site, but has anyone ran into this problem before? We really want to be able to check out the site, and this is becoming super frustrating!!!
 
I had the same trouble last week, and called MS. I tried one more time with her on the phone, and it still didn't work, so she set it up for me on her side. I was then able to login.
 
I just logged on, and after entering my Member Name and password, I got the usual "We're sorry.
The page you are trying to access is currently not available" message.

At that point, I click on "Member Log In" button on the upper right and it allows me to continue to access my information with no additional log in. It's a mess but it's been that way for many months for me. :confused3
 

Also make sure your security settings will accept cookies from go.com

We had the exact same problem. I emailed them and they promptly replied and fixed it and had us up and running. It is nothing on your end it is a website glitch. Just email them and they will help you. Where did you end up buying at?
 
Ended up buying at SSR... found two loaded contracts at a great price at resale and couldnt pass it up! So now we have 500 points (more than 700 pts this year) split into two contracts and made our first reservations last week!

I will call MS and ask them to fix the problem... or better yet, I will email them and ask them to fix it for me!

Glad to know I am not the only one running into snags here!
 
Ended up buying at SSR... found two loaded contracts at a great price at resale and couldnt pass it up! So now we have 500 points (more than 700 pts this year) split into two contracts and made our first reservations last week!

I will call MS and ask them to fix the problem... or better yet, I will email them and ask them to fix it for me!

My suggestion....
Enroll in a 4 year college with a computer science major.
By the time you are done, they may have addressed the website problems.
If not, you would then be able to fix it yourself.
