No, I haven't. I figure they can do their own booking of cash ressies if it's thru CRO. Now, if they want to do cash thru MS, that's different. Thru Aug. 5, a cash ressie thru CRO is $159-$189 with an AP, so you might want to suggest to your renter to get an AP, and then make a ressie thru CRO.

AFAIK, a member cannot book cash reservations through MS unless he/she (the member) is staying in the room themselves.

Yes, I have, just once though and member services had no objections to me doing so. I'll note - the member discount is not available unless the member is staying in the villa.
