I have been reading the various comments regarding the new DVC website and yes I agree that it is nothing special. Disney give all the hype about it being special for members and you can only access it with a special PIN. What has all this cost the members?
One very good use I would suggest it could be put to, is some sort of report back from the AGM. The AGM is important and we can not all attend. I am not suggesting we want a word by word account but it would be nice to find out what has been said and suggested by members. I am not sure but as members of the organisation we could probably ask for the minutes to be sent out. I think that would be very costly to us and could reflect in our dues so a much more cost effective way would be to publish details on the site. Anybody else with any ideas?
