DVC w/ Dream Maker Plans

Does anyone know or has ever inquired as to how you would book or add in the Dream Maker package and different plans to their DVC booking?

Last word was you can NOT "add" plans to DVC. The "Plans" are part of a package deal booked through Disney Travel. In reality, the plans previously available to DVC, such as a dining plan, saved little or no $$$, unless you ate full meals for each person in your party. The plans were unpopular with DVCers, and were discontinued.

As Chuck S posted, those plans are not available if you book DVC accomodations through MS (for points and/or cash). However, my understanding is that they are available if you book a DVC room for cash through WDTC. NOt sure why a DVC member would want to do that, though.
